SOLD: 1967 FORD MUSTANG GT CONVERTIBLE. 1967 Mustang. Found in dry storage in the mountains of California, this car was last driven in 1980. It is an exceptionally well preserved Mustang with absolutely no rust ever. The underside of the car including the frame rails, torque boxes and floors plans are as they came from the factory. The 289, 2 bbl engine was removed and completely rebuilt and has no miles on it since that time. The brakes have been rebuilt as well as the gas tank was removed and replaced with NOS tank. The tires are newly replaced. The black interior sports and center console, 3 speed automatic. The vinyl seats are original and well preserved. There are no splits in the dash. This car was ordered with the GT option package and sports dual exhaust through a factory valence, GT hood with marker lights and the GT front grill with fog lights. The Aqua blue exterior is the original color and it appears to have received a repaint sometime prior to 1978.
