FOR SALE: 1979 Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow II
This car has a beautiful silver body with a medium blue leather interior trim. The leather has been very well preserved with normal natural cracking on the 2 front seats. The rear seat shows extremely low wear. The lambs’ wool over carpets match the blue carpet with matching blue leather piping.
The wood veneer trim on the fascia and the door waist rails has light cracking in the clear coat. This car is equipped with an AM/FM radio and a separate 8 track tape player mounted in the centre stack. The roof liner is in excellent condition and there are no signs of the car ever having been smoked in.
The body shell steel panels are in very clean corrosion free condition. The aluminium doors, hood, and trunk lid are “as new”. The floor pan is very solid with only areas of light surface corrosion where the undercoat has worn. The stainless steel grill is in very good damage free condition, the soldered joints are undisturbed. The car was recently serviced by Gus Sandusky at Ken Browne Motors.
