SOLD: 1966 JAGUAR XKE SERIES I ROADSTER

Repainted to the original colour, Opalescent Dark Green, original interior, mechanically sound, this 1966 Series I car has had only four owners. The major bodywork, sills and door skins were done in the eighties with a colour change to burgundy. The engine block was changed to a 3.8 and the original block comes with the car. All the chrome has been redone and the rubber mouldings have all been replaced. The rear axle has been rebuilt and rear suspension re-bushed.

This is a matching number car with a heritage certificate. One of the rarest Series one cars, covered headlights, syncro transmission with a 4.2 engine.
