FOR SALE: a 1995 Mercedes-Benz SL600
A rare automotive classic. Based on the R 129 chassis (1990-2002), the SL600 with the M120 V-12 engine was launched in 1993. This particular model is offered in the classic triple-black configuration with a fully automatic soft top and a separate hard top that makes it a stylish coupe. The 6.0 litre engine puts out an impressive 389 hp @ 5200 rpm and 420 lb-ft of torque.
A summer driver with only 106,120 km (68,500 mi.), or about 4,000 km/year since new, it has been lightly used and always pampered. Same owner since 2004, this SL600 is regularly maintained by a MB specialist; most recent (August 2020) improvements include new proper 225/55R16 tires and a complete front brake job (rotors, pads, etc.). Mercedes-Benz Toronto replaced the entire engine wiring harness which is a well known issue with these cars.
