SOLD: 1968 Jaguar E Type 2+2 Manual Transmission

This car is a great driver. It was restored mechanically and body 20yrs ago. The engine is a 4.2 litre triple carburetor set up, not original to this car. The body restoration has survived very well, there a couple of small imperfections easily corrected. The floor pan is excellent and has seen very limited exposure since it was restored. For Sale: 1972 Jensen Interceptor S

This beauty is an Interceptor S which means an original Mk III Jensen Interceptor, stripped of exterior paint, all panelwork restored and repainted in Bentley Bournville. The interior was fully restored with Bridge of Weir leather in red and new Smiths instruments, Moto Lita steering wheel, carpets and trim. All exterior brightwork was refurbished and the car reassembled with a brand new GM powertrain comprising LS3 engine. The overall effect is a period Interceptor Saloon, blended with modern powertrain and running gear that imbue impressive performance within the original Italian styling.
